Persona 5 Royal released in the West in 2020, three years after the original Persona 5 released. Persona 5 Royal features quality of life improvements over the original game, most notably extra free time, which was a criticism of the original game. Persona 5 Royal also featured special duo attacks called “Showtimes,” which is what this Noir figure might be representing.

Fox shows up in his traditional Phantom Thief outfit complete with his katana. As for Noir, they did not reveal how she will look exactly, but based on the silhouette provided she will have her grenade launcher along with her Phantom Thief outfit. It also appears that Morgana will appear alongside Noir in his bus form, which he uses during their Showtime attack in Persona 5 Royal.

As of right now, there are no prices set for the Fox and Noir figures. More details on the figures should come in the near future, including the full reveal of Noir. MegaHouse is also making figures for other Persona 5 characters like the protagonist Joker, and his rival Goro “Crow” Akechi. MegaHouse isn’t the only company with these figures. Recently, Good Smile Company announced it is making figures for Persona 5 characters Queen and Oracle, in addition to Joker and Crow as well.

While these characters are not the most popular, Persona 5 collectors are likely going to want the whole group together. The Phantom Thieves are one unit after all, and Persona 5 fans probably want to complete their collection of figures.

Persona 5 is in a good spot among RPG fans, and the hype for the series in general remains high. Persona 5 Strikers is a sequel to Persona 5, and it was fairly well-received from fans, despite the reputation of the Warriors/Musou series in the West. The Persona series is in the middle of its 25th anniversary, so word about the future of the series should be announced soon.
