Milwaukee Police said the man, whose name has not been released, was reportedly from Providence, Rhode Island, and he had been walking across the Kilbourne Avenue Bridge in downtown Milwaukee on Monday afternoon. But as the man walked across the Milwaukee River, the bridge started to go up, which in turn caused the man to fall.
